Returns must be sent back unworn, and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs can not be refunded. A return label will be provided to you via email.
A restocking fee may apply.
There are no refunds on custom orders, made to order or sale pieces.
Repairs
I guarantee the craftsmanship on all of my jewelry to be free of defect. If anything breaks due to my craftsmanship send it to me and I will happily repair or replace at no charge within the first 2 years of ownership. Repairs due to mistreatment/ improper care or that fall outside of the repair window may be subject to fees for materials or labor.
