Returns:
First and foremost, I want you to love the jewelry I made for you! If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me via email or through the contact page—I'll do my best to make it right.
Returns must be approved in advance and sent back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A return label will be provided via email, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount on approved returns.
Please note: there are no refunds on custom orders, made to order items, or sale pieces at any time. That said, if something isn’t right, please reach out—I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
Repairs:
I guarantee the craftsmanship of all my jewelry to be free of defects. If your piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, please send it back—I will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
Repairs for issues outside of craftsmanship are handled at my discretion and may incur a fee based on the scope of work.
At this time, I do not offer repairs or restoration on jewelry I did not make. However, I am happy to recycle your old gold and/or gemstones into a new, one-of-a-kind piece created just for you.
