Processing Time: For in stock items, please allow 2-4 days for your order to ship.  For Made to Order items, please allow up to 5 weeks for shipment; this is often exceeded, most made to order items are delivered within 2-3 weeks, however, these pieces are handmade by me, start to finish created just for you.  If you need your item expedited, it is probably an option, but contact me to confirm. 

Shipments: Standard flat rate shipping within the US is USPS first class mail. Expedited shipping is USPS Priority mail.

International: I offer USPS international shipping, and UPS for expedited. Please be familiar with import taxes, fees and tariffs. Jane Sydney Studio is not responsible for paying these fees. I am also not responsible for coordinating delivery for your packages or tracking shipments. Please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Insurance: I offer Route Shipping insurance for you to add to order. Route insures that your package is fully covered in the event that it is stolen, missing or destroyed in transit, as Jane Sydney Studio is not responsible for stolen, missing or destroyed packages. I highly recommend insuring your packages.

Claims: If you purchased Route Insurance with your order, and you need to start a claim Click Here. You will need your order number. If you did not purchase insurance, there is truly nothing I am able to on my end. Your local post office will be your best resource for tracking down your package.
