Natural fresh water pearls hand knotted (extra knotty!) with a symmetricalish spacing pattern. Vibrant cerulean blue silk, the 13" of pearl strand is affixed to 12" of elongated curb chain with hand fabricated sterling silver elements. intentionally designed for the chain segment to be doubled up (as pictured) with the lobster clasp passing through the end of the chain, and being secured at the origin point- worn this way the necklace is 16.5" Pearls in the front, pearls in the back or to the side - you do you- However this design is very flexible- it can also be wrapped several times around the wrist, making a comfortable bracelet for a 6-7" wrist It can also be worn as a long 25" chain, or fully wrapped twice around the neck as a choker for a petite 12-13" neck Handcrafted silver one of a kind chain ends and components, hand knotted, with care in my Annapolis, MD studio using authentic freshwater pearls and hand dyed silk. Natural dyed silk can discolor over time with regular wear (sweat, makeup, ect)- the vibrant blue hue was chosen specifically because I think it will age well as you live your life, made to be worn, and to be loved following standard jewelry care practices.
